▪ Do not include the work “hack” or “hackathon”
▪ Include the Roche logo.

▪ Presented with the idea to refresh the existing personas and not to use any stock photos and to make them fun and whimsical.
Draw attention to the key attributes of the persona
▪ For example, variant scientists are detectives looking for that needle in a haystack
▪ Step away from generic stock photos and names
▪ Create a Poster that can then be posted thou throughout the offices
Make the personas memorable
▪ Easy to recognize and distinguish one from another
▪ Fun but not patronizing
▪ One page type poster, scannable text
