Inside Real Estate needed to accelerate development for its new Homeownership mobile and web platforms. As part of the cross-functional team, I partnered directly with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering to streamline feature delivery, maintain UI consistency, and prepare scalable design patterns for future product growth.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
• Support Product Manager in accelerating feature releases.
• Maintain UI consistency across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Introduce scalable design patterns that enable future product expansion.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between Design, Product, and Development.
