Inside Real Estate needed to accelerate development for its new Homeownership mobile and web platforms. As part of the cross-functional team, I partnered directly with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering to streamline feature delivery, maintain UI consistency, and prepare scalable design patterns for future product growth.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
•  Support Product Manager in accelerating feature releases.
•  Maintain UI consistency across mobile and desktop platforms.
•  Introduce scalable design patterns that enable future product expansion.
•  Ensure smooth collaboration between Design, Product, and Development.
MY APPROACH
1.  Integrated Product Collaboration
•  Attended daily product standups and planning sessions with PMs.
•  Provided rapid design support for evolving feature sets.
•  Balanced design velocity with consistent UI patterns.

2.  UI Consistency & Pattern Development
•  Audited existing designs to identify reusable elements.
•  Applied consistent navigation, form, and layout patterns across platforms.
•  Delivered ready-to-build Figma assets to development teams for faster handoff.
